How do I make a coconut milk tea with this powder?

Dissolve 40g of coconut powder, 30g of creamer and 10ml of fructose in 250ml of hot water, then shake with a full cup of ice.

That makes one 700ml cup. Stir until fully dissolved before the ice goes in, or the powder will clump at the bottom.

What is the shelf life, and how should I store it?

Unopened, 18 months from the production date printed on the bag.

Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Reseal the bag after each use and keep the scoop dry. The best-before date is printed on every bag and every carton.

How many drinks can I make from one 1kg bag?

About 25 drinks, based on 40g of powder per 700ml cup.

A 20-bag carton (20kg) makes roughly 500 drinks. Creamer and fructose are bought separately.

What are the bag and carton specifications?
