Our Jasmine Flower Green Tea are natural premium selected green tea leaves that are scented with jasmine blossom. Unlike most of Jasmine Green Tea, this has the natural mild flower aftertaste with clear tea colour. Highly suggest to matching with fruity flavour syrup.

It can be used in bubble tea, smoothie, slushy, cocktail, and dessert. Mix with creamer and fructose to create your favorite bubble milk tea. Suitable to serve on ice or hot.

Method of Application：

Tea Brewing Method

Tea : Hot Water : Ice Ratio — 1g tea : 25g hot water : 15g ice

1. Measure the tea leaves. For 100g of leaves, use 2,500ml of hot water and 1,500g of ice.

2. Heat the water to 80 degrees Celsius, then stir the tea leaves in until evenly immersed.

3. Cover and steep for 5 minutes.

4. Strain out the tea leaves.

5. Add the ice and stir well. The tea is ready to serve.

Mango Green Tea

1. Put 250ml brewed tea, 40g Mango Syrup and 20ml fructose into shaker. Stir well until dissolve.

2. Add full cup ice into the shaker.

3. Shake well and ready to serve with toppings.

How do I brew Green Tea Leaves - Jasmine Flower?

Use 1 part tea to 25 parts hot water and 15 parts ice. For 20g of leaves that is 500ml of water at 80°C and 300g of ice.

Heat the water to 80°C, stir the leaves in, cover and steep for 5 minutes, strain the leaves out, then add the ice to chill. Brewing hot and chilling with ice is what holds the aroma — a cold steep never pulls it out.

What is the shelf life, and how should I store it?

Unopened, 24 months from the production date printed on the bag.

Store in a dry, cool place away from strong smells and direct sunlight. Reseal the foil bag after each use — tea picks up odours quickly. The best-before date is printed on every bag and every carton.

How many drinks can I make from one 600g bag?

About 80 drinks, based on 300ml of brewed tea per 700ml cup.

One 600g bag makes about 24 litres of finished tea at the 1:25:15 ratio — 600g of leaves, 15.0 litres of hot water and 9.0kg of ice.
