Popping Pearls - Blueberry, also known as agar agar balls, are juice flavour-filled spheres with a thin seaweed-extract skin, in a sweet, slightly tart blueberry flavour.

Best for: Bubble tea shops, soft serve and frozen yogurt stores, dessert bars, cafés wanting a fruit topping option.
