Popping Pearls - Green Apple, also known as agar agar balls, are juice flavour-filled spheres with a thin seaweed-extract skin, in a crisp, tart green apple flavour.

Best for: Bubble tea shops, frozen yogurt stores, dessert bars and soft serve counters, cafés expanding their topping range.
