Shake 40g of syrup with 300ml of brewed green tea, 15ml of fructose and a full cup of ice.

That makes one 700ml cup. LT is a concentrated syrup, so 40g already gives a full cup. For the richest result, use up to 60g.

What is the shelf life, and how should I store it?

Unopened, 12 months from the production date printed on the bottle.
