Milk Foam Powder (Cheese Flavour) whips into a savoury milk foam, used to make cheese tea, with a subtle salty flavour on top of green tea, black tea, milk tea or coffee.

Best for: Cheese tea bars, bubble tea shops, cafés.

Method of application:

Prepare 250ml milk, 150g thickened creamer and 100g cheese foam powder in a blender. Adding an ice cube helps the result.
Stir with a mixer at low speed for 5 to 7 minutes until thick.
Serve on top of your drinks. Keep the finished foam refrigerated and use it while freshly whipped.
