Our Durain Powder is pre-mixed powder with creamer powder and sugar. We recommend to add extra creamer powder to enhance the taste.
It can be used in making bubble tea and cocktail or flavoring ice cream, soft serve, shaved ice, pastry and cake.
Method of application:
Durian Milk Tea
1. Melt the 40g Durian powder, 30g creamer, 10ml fructose together with 250ml hot water. Stir well until dissolve.
2. Add full cup ice into shaker.
3. Shake well and ready to serve with toppings.
(You may adjust the amount of ingredients depending personal preference)
Durian Smoothies
1. Put 100ml of water into blender
2. Add 40g of Durian Powder, 25g creamer and 30ml fructose into blender
3. Add ful serving cup ice into blender and blend it well.

How do I make a durian milk tea with this powder?
That makes one 700ml cup. Stir until fully dissolved before the ice goes in, or the powder will clump at the bottom.
What is the shelf life, and how should I store it?
Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Reseal the bag after each use and keep the scoop dry. The best-before date is printed on every bag and every carton.
How many drinks can I make from one 1kg bag?
A 20-bag carton (20kg) makes roughly 500 drinks. Creamer and fructose are bought separately.
